Compare this "After" photo to photo #5 in the September, 2009 "Before" photos below, the view looking across Main Street at the Cultural Center. The original 10,000 square foot building underwent a total renovation, leaving only the exterior walls and roof in place. This shell was transformed into the Yadkin Cultural Arts Center in one year's time.
The plaza side of the building with towering glass entryway and wall mosaics tells a story of new technology and local history.
The new Main Street exterior maintains the integrity of a small town street front.
