27th Annual Yadkin Valley Bluegrass Convention
This popular Convention with cash prizes has been expanded to two days: Friday, April 20 and Saturday April 21st. The plannning is underway with more information to come! The Convention will be held at the Yadkinville Elementary School.
Mr. Yadkin County Bluegrass himself, Robert Steelman, a YAC board member of long-standing, has been coordinating this popular event with the Yadkin Arts Council for many years. Robert knows his music and "his people."

The small community of Lone Hickory is located about 5 miles southwest of Yadkinville, North Carolina. The jam sessions take place every Wednesday evening at the old Steelman homeplace on Lone Hickory Road.
