Contract times must allow for any setup (caterers, decorations, music, A/V, etc.) needed before the actual event begins and clean up after the event ends. Setup will not be permitted prior to the time agreed upon by the renter and rental coordinator. If an event extends beyond the time that has been contracted, an additional fee of $30.00 per hour will be charged to the renter for overtime.
Clean-up of all items involved with and all waste generated by the event is the responsibility of the renter and/or caterer. The renter will pay a $30.00 security deposit that will be refunded if the premises are returned to the state in which they were found by the renter.
The Client agrees to pay the total of the Base License Fee and the Added Fees as shown above at the time of execution of the License Agreement. Please make checks payable to the Yadkin Arts Council. Return signed License Agreement along with payment to 226 E. Main Street, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
