The Yadkin Valley Harvest Festival is an annual event where, for one day of the year, the entire downtown area of Yadkinville is transformed by celebration and fun festivities! Celebrate the changing of the seasons with the Yadkin Arts Council and all the citizens of Yadkin County.

Festivities include activities for every member of the family, live music, agricultural displays, food vendors, and more! And, the Center Bistro will be open for business!

The Yadkin Arts Council’s 43rd Annual Yadkin Valley Harvest Festival would not be possible without the help of our wonderful sponsors including our Presenting Sponsor: Unifi, Platinum Sponsor: Indera Mills, Gold Sponsors: Duke Energy, First National Bank, and Yadkin Vision Center, Silver Sponsors: Countryside RV and Lomar Enterprises, our Bronze Sponsors: Great State Bank/ Skyline, and Paint & Coatings Ltd., our Stage Sponsor: Carolina Carports, and our Tent Sponsor: Gentry Family Funeral Service for providing shade for our outdoor dining area!

 

If you wish to be considered as a vendor for the 43rd Annual Harvest Festival in 2019 download and read the regulations before submitting your application through the online registration button. In order to avoid duplication on certain types of vendors, the Yadkin Arts Council reserves the right to approve all applications before your are officially accepted into the Yadkin Valley Harvest Festival. If you submit your form and it is not approved we will call to let you know. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy please call 336-679-2941 or email info@yadkinarts.org. *PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL FOOD VENDORS AT THIS TIME – PLEASE CALL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON THE WAIT LIST.

*The deadline for entry has been extended to August 15, 2019 – any request after that date is subject to a $25 late fee!

All applications are subject to approval... If you are a Food or Commercial Retail Vendor, please call or email prior to filling out the application to make sure you are accepted into the festival as spaces are limited for certain types of products and services.
