FALL 2024 WPAA CLASSES – “Jazz Dance” with Willough

DAY: Thursdays

TIME: 4:45-5:45pm

LOCATION: WPAA (221 E. Main St. Yadkinville, NC 27055)

SEMESTER: September 4th to November 20th (12 weeks total)

FEE: $10 per class ($120 total for the semester) *** Financial assistance  available upon request ***

CLASS CAP: 15 students

DESCRIPTION – A dance class for 3rd – 5th grade students. This class is perfect for beginner to intermediate skilled dancers and is lead by Willough Walsh, a former performer at WPAA / YAC! You’ll focus on developing strong dance technique basics, condition the body with thorough comprehensive weekly warm-ups, and learn dance routines that challenge you and help sharpen your skills. This group class will also feature 1-on-1 instruction as Willough gives notes and corrections to each student in a way that best suits their learning style / growth. This is a skill-building class designed to take you to the next level as a dancer! It’s like private lessons, but with the benefit and fun of having your peers there! So tell your friends!
