Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
- Before you finalize your booking, please read all the information that applies to the event and/or ticket(s). It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s), as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
- You need a valid ticket, which must be produced on arrival in order to enter the theater.
- If you or any member of your party has particular requirements please raise these when booking and we will endeavor to address your query or concern. There can be no guarantee that requirements can be met if notified at the event.
- No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, we will give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund.
- You should always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date and time. If significant changes are made to an event’s time/date or it is cancelled, we will try to inform you via email or phone.
- We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It is not always possible to issue duplicate ticket.
- Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted.
- On rare occasions the performance or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and possible subsequent broadcasts/publication.
- The Yadkin Arts Council may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances or to request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
- The ticketholder will comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements, including security searched for the safety of event attendees). The Yadkin Arts Council will have the right to refuse admission or to eject ticket holders in certain situations – including carrying an offensive weapon, making unauthorized video or photographic recordings, the use or possession of illegal substances, and participating in threatening, abusive, and/or drunken behavior.
- Mobile phones, pagers and digital watches must be silenced turned off at all times in the auditorium.
- We reserve the right to make alteration to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example, cast changes, show length, and menu changes).
- The Yadkin Arts Council will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the venue.
- The unauthorized use of cameras, videos or any other sort of audio or visual recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
- The following are not permitted within the theater:
- animals (with the exception of guide dogs);
- laser pens
- any food and/or drink not purchased through The Center Bistro
- any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon
- illegal substances
