Artist bio
Bob always had an interest in woodworking. From the time he was a boy, Bob worked in his father’s furniture shop. Later he made furniture for his own home. Several years ago, his love of wood and nature was a natural transition to woodturning.
Today, Bob makes a variety of turned art using local wood. Similar to fine furniture, each piece is finished with several coasts of hand-rubbed shellac and varnish and then polished with high-quality wax.
