Artist bio
Since 2018, Nancy Stewart has focused her work on creating glass-on-glass mosaics and, most recently, fused glass. Using old frames, found objects ranging from bicycle gears and chains, to vintage jewelry, and scrap glass, she creates colorful glass-on-glass mosaics. Prior to her work with glass, other mediums she has worked with include photography, painting with oils, acrylics, watercolors, and pen and ink drawings, with her favorite being stipple. Nancy loves colors and strives to create art that will make people smile.
